Add more beans, lentils and vegetables to your your weekday menu.

A legume dish will be Prepared each Monday along with an appropriate topping- usually a fresh cachumber (Indian style chopped slaw.)

Supplement with your own grain dish to complete the meal.

2/3/25 Bean and Peas masala: peas, chick-peas, black-beans, Tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, Turmeric, cumin, Kashmiri pepper, warming spices.

1/27/25 Kadala dal: Split Moong, onion, garlic, ginger, roasted coconut, coconut milk, sweet potato, spinach tomato, tamarind, warming spices.

1/20/25 Kabuli Chana: Chickpeas, tomato, tamarind, Onion, garlic, Ginger, warming spices.

1/13/25 Sambhar Dal: red Lentils, Tomato, Tamarind, roasted coconut, Coriander, Fenugreek, chilies, mustard, curry leaf, coconut oil.

1/6/25 Dal- Makhani: Whole black lentils, mayocoba beans, tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, Butter, Cumin, clove, Cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, Pepper.
